Returns Policy

Our Return policy is in line with our values and the rights to you as a consumer under the Australian Consumer laws.

Change of Mind Returns

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction on every order and hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you change your mind Desflora will happily exchange a product however we do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases.

Returns are subject to the following conditions.

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • All labels must still be attached
  • Products must be in the same good condition and not altered in any way
  • Original Receipt or Proof of Purchase must be produced/shown
  • Customers are responsible for all freight costs, if applicable, related to returning the products
  • If a suitable exchange product cannot be arranged on the day of return, Desflora will offer a Credit Note valid for 2 months from the date of return.

Damaged or Faulty Products

Desflora products are checked carefully prior to dispatch and are packaged with care for all deliveries.  In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or broken in transit, please advise us immediately. Supply us with pictures and a description of the damage or fault within 24hrs of receipt of delivery so that a suitable solution can be determined.

We will happily replace the item or offer a refund once the product has been returned, the damage or fault has been confirmed and the following conditions are met:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • All labels must still be attached
  • Original Receipt or Proof of Purchase must be produced/shown
  • Customers are responsible for all freight costs, if applicable, related to returning the products

Please Note:  ‘Change of Mind’ does not constitute a faulty product.

Custom made and personalised items

Due to the specialised services associated with custom made and personalised products, No refunds, credits or exchanges are offered.

Deposits for custom orders

Paying a deposit means you are entering into a contract with Desflora to make your flowers, it tells us you intend to pay for your finished order, this gives us the confidence to start the preparations required. All of our custom orders get prepped, sorted and organised before being stored out the back. This process includes cutting up and wiring flowers and greenery. We ask for a deposit to protect us from loss due to cancelation. If a custom order is cancelled at a later date this compensates our time, effort and money expended up to this point.
