VICTORIAN CUSTOMERS-

For those that are lucky enough to visit us in store there is No appointment needed to come and see us.

It is never too early to book (remember our flowers won’t die) We suggest coming in to book no less than 3-4 months before the wedding to ensure we have plenty of time to order in anything extra we may need for your wedding flowers.

We always try to help with last minute wedding orders, however the flower range may be more limited .

It usually takes a good 45 mins to an hour to book with us instore (this also depends on how decisive you are of course!)

When in store we walk around with you and work to find a style you like.

Pinterest photos of colour ideas and styles are exactly what we need. We usually get you to show us something you love we go off and grab a heap of things we think will suit while sending you to pick some things that you love and grab your attention too, we then compare and try and create your dream bouquet! It’s a really fun process!

For those of you that don’t live too close… we’d like to say It is well worth the drive! The experience and benefits you get to seeing everything up close and in person is well worth the painful road trip 😉

LONG DISTANCE & INTERSTATE CUSTOMERS-

We need a reference picture from you! This gives us an idea of what you love and we need a list of exactly what you need.

At the moment our turnaround time for online orders is around 3-4 months. This gives us enough time to order any extra stock we may need for your order and also allows us to find an available timeslot to get it made up for you without compromising any of our other orders.
