Some of our items are fragile or too large for post; therefore we are unable to offer post/delivery on such items. Undeliverable items have an asterisk* after product code.
Customers are welcome to pick up fragile/large items from showroom or arrange your own delivery service.
Postage cost is calculated for size and location of delivery and is added to the price of the item/s.
Delivery cost is quoted to customer prior to acceptance of order.
We exchange items of equal value providing goods are in same condition as sent and we are notified by email within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
Products must be returned within 5 working days.

Return delivery costs are payable by customer.
